Contact retention
Contact data is retained for 180 days by default; terminal requests shorten the remaining period to no more than 30 days.
Export and deletion
Administrator-only exports default to de-identified data; contact exports and irreversible deletion are audited.
The public form accepts only a high-level business need. Do not submit pricing, identity documents, drawings, credentials or confidential files. These are technical enforcement rules; applicable legal, contractual and backup-retention review is still required before production activation.
